Key Set: Upon registration, an electronic key card will be given. The key card activates the electricity inside the guest room. Guests are required to hand over their key cards to reception upon departure. A lost or unreturned key card is charged 300 Bath as a penalty.

Minibar Price List: Welcome fruit and a good selection of minibar items are offered free of charge. Should you wish to have extra items, please contact our reception. The prices for additional ordered items will be as follows:

Safety Deposit Box: All rooms are equipped with electronic safety box for your convenience.  Please read the instructions at the door of the safety box before using it. Should you encounter any difficulties, please contact our reception. Please ensure your valuables are placed in the safe as the hotel will not be responsible for any loss of valuables in your room.

Wake-up Calls: Please contact our Personal Assistant to arrange a wake-up call by dialing “0”.

Wheelchair: If you require the use of a wheelchair, please contact our Personnel by dialing “0”.

Shuttle Service: The hotel shuttle is a free service that runs daily to famous attractions in Chiang Mai’s Old Town. Please feel free to check the schedule and route at the information counter in the lobby.

Non-smoking Rooms: Maladee Rendezvous Hotel is a non-smoking hotel. However, we arrange a smoking area located at the car park in front of the hotel.  Smoking inside the room and hotel area is strictly prohibited, and the cleaning fee of 5,000 Baht shall be applied for any smoking evidence.

Parking: Maladee Rendezvous Hotel provides complimentary parking services for registered hotel guests only. The parking spaces are located on the underground floor and in front of the hotel.

Laundry Service: Please sign the laundry form and dial “0” to arrange pickup from your room. Kindly note that items without a signature will not be processed.

Breakfast Box: For guests unable to have breakfast at the restaurant during breakfast hours, a breakfast box may be requested one day in advance before 09:45 PM.

Prohibited Items: Pets, durian, cannabis, illegal substances, flammable or explosive materials, open flames (including candles and incense), and portable cooking equipment are not permitted on hotel premises. The hotel reserves the right to apply cleaning or damage charges if necessary.

Guest Visitor Policy:
• If you have visitors, they are kindly requested to register at reception.
• Access to hotel facilities (swimming pool, sunbeds, gym, etc.) is not permitted.
• Visiting hours are until 10:00 PM; thereafter, visitors will be considered overnight guests, and a charge of THB 2,000 per person may apply.
